Rules of the line

1. Who runs the line

These terms govern your use of slatevalleysteam.com ("Slate Valley Steam", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of slatevalleysteam.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may ride

Slate Valley Steam is for passengers aged 18 or over only. Using it confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins in the tender (virtual coins)

• Play uses virtual coins provided at no charge.
• Coins have no monetary value and count as neither money, credit nor property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or swapped for money, goods, services or prizes. The line has no in-app purchases.
• The line offers no prize of real-world value.
• We may change or reset coins, levels and features on the line whenever necessary.

4. No real-money gambling on the line

Slate Valley Steam does not offer real-money gambling or promote it, and it carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your driver’s account

• Past the open incline, the other two stations need a free account. One account per person, never shared.
• Do not give your password to anyone. If someone else has used your account, let us know immediately.
• Your account can be deleted from your account page at any moment. Deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we think belongs to someone under 18, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account rather than owned by you, and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the line

Do not disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer to swap coins, or let anyone under 18 aboard.

7. Running times and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The law over the line

These rules of the line are governed by the law of England and Wales.
