The waybill ends there. We never request your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail; no fare is charged anywhere on the line. Passwords are held only as one-way hashes. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (running the account you asked us for). Deleting your account clears the whole waybill immediately, using the button on your account page.

Google tags, run only with your consent

Pick “Accept all” and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and whether our adverts bring people to play, a first spin for instance. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Pick “Essential only” and the tags run in consent mode, without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Request logs at our hosting depot

For security, our host holds routine request logs for a brief period. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What the line never does with data

No payment data at all: no fare is ever charged.
No marketing email, unless you ask the booking office for it.
Not a line of your data is ever sold or hired out.
Never shared with gambling operators, and no gambling affiliate links.

Your rights as a passenger

At any time you may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent. Deleting the account on your account page erases its data on the spot; clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of the rest. To complain, contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
